Hi, I’m Jaime! My husband and I have owned Healthy Habit for over 8 years, and I’ve seen the challenges women and children face trying to get clear answers about their health while balancing busy lives.


I love helping them take control of their health by understanding their unique health journey, connecting the dots, and using nutrition and lifestyle in practical, sustainable ways.
